In study after study, the causal relationship between cigarette smoking and lung cancer has been firmly established. Less so with marijuana. Smoking marijuana does damage cells in the lungs and airways—however, the damaged cells die rather than reproduce. They fail to become malignant.

I used to smoke all of the time and not have any anxiety. Nowadays, I have been getting pretty bad panic attacks every now and then after I smoke marijuana. I want to know what I can do to decrease the effects of the panic attack if I feel it coing on right after I smoke. Is there a certain type of weed to smoke or device to smoke out
