Having said that, I have to note that nothing in my (fairly extensive) experience leads me to think that there is much if any merit to the “Safer Than Alcohol” argument.

Over the years there has been the on going debate over whether or not marijuana is really a dangerous drug. I suppose it comes down to your own, personal preference on what... University (CASA). to 70 percent of all individuals in drug treatment for marijuana are placed there by the criminal justice system. Of those in treatment, some 36 percent had not even used... by the criminal justice system. As Armentano points out, they may or may not have been using drugs before their court-mandated treatment sessions.
