I think that lawmakers should have to go through training, just like teachers do. Teachers are required to have many courses in education strategies, child development... in our ability to represent because we had learned something firsthand, or at least, first fingertip.

occupational therapists leave intervention for toe walking to physical therapy colleagues who are often more specialized in nuances of gait analysis and biomechanics of ambulation... I don't know that I have ever seen any occupational therapy literature on idiopathic toe walking.
