Has anyone tried Magnesium to help with anxiety and panic attacks? by David M. Patient Expert Posted Fri 28 May 2010 5:28am I am having a lot of anxiety attacks and a couple of panic attacks. My Dr prescribed zoloft, but what do i do in the mean time, while it is getting in my system. i read about Magnesium, and B6 and B12… has anyone tried these things? What works for you?
