If you're looking for a vegan alternative to honey, try agave nectar. Agave nectar is from the pulp of the agave cactus plant. And, FINALLY, Trader Joe's is carrying it. In the not-too-distant past, it was difficult to find vegan staples at Trader Joe's but they're coming around. It's about time.
