What I forgot... by robs723 Patient Expert Posted Tue 16 Jun 2009 7:53pm I'm getting another ultrasound on Monday at 5pm. They have instructions to check out the lump behind my ear. I'm not sure what is worse, it being a tumor they can take out or kill w/ alcohol, or just another swollen lymph node... When I say its pressing on a pressure point... it really is; and it causes a lot of throbbing pain, all the time. ... Read on »
Lumps by littlehooper04 Posted Wed 18 Feb 2009 4:13pm I've had a lump under my left armpit for the past couple of years and occasionally it will start to throb without warning. History by ANNGREGORY74 Patient Expert Posted Mon 03 May 2010 7:51am A recent friend asked if I've ever written a history of events for the blog. I have, but it's been a while. After Lisa asked, it occurred to me that a brief recap of the last three years would be helpful to new readers. I promised to dash one off only to be stymied by other engagements. When I did find the time to sit and write, I couldn't ... Read on »
EAR HEMATOMAS...EXCESS BAGGAGE FOR THE EAR by Helpful Buckeye Doctor of Veterinary MedicineHealth Maven Posted Thu 08 Oct 2009 9:27pm MEOW, MEOW!!! Helpful Buckeye received a lot of e-mails about last week's discussion of the senses of a cat. Those from cat owners pretty much said the same thing: "Keep the cat articles coming!" The e-mails from dog owners weren't as negative as you might expect. Nope, they all reported that they enjoyed reading about the different capabilities of ... Read on »
The Last 18 Days by ANNGREGORY74 Patient Expert Posted Sat 21 Feb 2009 11:37pm This is a brief history of what has happened in the last 18 days and before that lead up to the events of the present. Late November Ann comments several times to me that she is tired and remembers not having much of an appetite. Neither of us think much of it. Her job gets more stressful with the holidays coming up and we are nursing o ... Read on »
I am so scared now! by BionicallyYours Patient Expert Posted Sat 13 Jun 2009 12:12am ---Sorry this is so long. I hope you all read it anyway.--- I went to this annual "deaf picnic" on Friday which is something the Sertoma Club has been doing for at least as long as I've been in kindergarten- perhaps even before then. But essentially, that is around at least 13 years!! So these great folks gather money or solicit donations fo ... Read on »
But ... I Just Came Here For My Itchy Ears! by Jennifer Bunker Patient Expert Posted Tue 12 May 2009 6:15pm So, I was putting some days between me and my little cancer experience and feeling pretty good about things overall. Business has been great and keeping me fully occupied. The girls and I took a trip to New York City where I attended an Internet Marketing Conference and they played all through the city in the daytime, then we went out at night and ... Read on »
