Leg burning spots

I have been spots of burning in my foot and leg. It started out with a spot on top of my left foot. In the last three weeks I have had a spot burning just below my knee. It's not continous but comes often. I do have fibromyalgia and wondering if this is associated with that. Does anyone have any of these symptoms?

One of my secondary conditions I occasionally get is called vasculitis. It is not unusual to get this with an autoimmune disease. There are many different types, but over all it is the inflammation of blood vessels. A good reference website is vasculitis foundation . Shin splints are much more than shin soreness. Shin soreness happens through overuse of your shins during training. Soreness can be treated with the R.I.C.E.R. principle (REST, ICE, COMPRESSION, ELEVATION, REFERRAL FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE). Shin splints refer to a medical condition called Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome (MTSS).
