a weight where you maintain good form. If the weight is too heavy and your arms are moving forward, then obviously you need to lighten the load and concentrate on your technique. I do prefer the exercise in good form for 8-10 reps.

fat mumma upper arms flapping in the breeze, a hot breeze. I take two steps forward at work and one step back.

The arms can be a difficult area to tone up, so we’ve created a circuit of 5 moves to target each muscle in your arms and burn off the bulge. Try each of these moves for 3 sets, 12 t0 15 repetitions in each set, and soon you can say ‘goodbye’ to those tharms!

Most women HATE their arms!
A lot of women get to a point in their lives where they simply refuse to expose their arms because of the excess fat and lack of muscular definition.
I’ve made it a point in my workouts to focus on the arms because I really want to age and still have firm arms. I don’t think it’s possible at all without weight training
