Monday, I ended up in the ER.
I had just gotten home from the Y and was making breakfast (sausage biscuits from MAC!) for my grandson, when my vision started to split in half. My grandson became one half and then disappeared (in my line of vision, of course) I also began seeing flashing lights (an aura, I found out later).

When I was in the hospital in January, the docs did a CT scan of my legs and lungs. The scan showed multiple blood clots in my legs but none in my lungs. However, the doctor was concerned that I might have small clots in my lungs due to my heavy breathing from climbing stairs and while walking.
