Who do you love??
Big question I have…..do you love your coach? Are you really truly happy with your coach? Do ya love him/her?
This Sunday as I was running my first EVER sub 1:59:30 Ten Mile Run, I realized that I absolutely LOVE my coach! I mean, I really love her and am so grateful for her!

This weekend was glorious in that it offered us the fruit of much love. Alex and I spent the weekend in one of our favorite places in our favorite month with our favorite... of our 3-layer cake (made of diapers and baby goods) along with the edible cake and our many awesome colorful gifts. As LoveCoach Rinatta reminded me in yesterday's comments, I need to look at those fears and soothe the little girl that's throwing the tantrum instead of getting in her face and calling her ugly.
