Clent Manich’s diet plan may seem like anybody else’s, you follow the traditional methods of eating food, eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. And swap one meal for a shake or smoothie.

Much Discipline = Much Progress

I mentioned recently that I needed to practice more discipline in my effort to lose weight. So I adopted a new, healthier eating plan last Thursday, and recommitted to exercising at least 3 times a week. And... I'm so happy to share that since I've become much more disciplined... I have seen much more progress!

So with my new inspiration I have created some new goals and rewards… I know that I need to be working toward some things and have given myself some kick-ass goals to reach. I will place them on the right side of the page to keep them in my mind’s eye.
