Remember these charts I made up back on the 8th of February?? Well, here is the result!! Every day that you see crossed off in pink is a day I completed my work out! A late night blog post! Sorry to my readers, but I had to spend some time out in the world and away from the laptop. STEP AWAY FROM THE LAPTOP!Splashed around in the New York rain today and went to see an AMAZING and fun movie, Gentleman Broncos. And had dinner at The Smith, which makes a damn fine burger. Valentine's Day, President's Day, Training Day

Valentine's day came and went. What does a triathlete couple do for V-day? We didn't do much at all. 4 hours on the bike. 40 or so minutes running. Dinner at home.... Other than that, some easy training Sunday.
Monday was President's day and I had the day off. It was a hard run workout (HIT) Monday morning followed by a hard bike workout
