A Briton is set to make his first trip abroad - and he is going by skateboard.
Sam Benson, 20, is planning to skate 4,000km across five European countries in 10 weeks.
Mr Benson will skate off on his longboard from his home in Westward Ho!, north Devon, at the beginning of July.

Dawn patrol is surfer code for paddling out @ the break before sunrise. I still have great memories of Zeros in Malibu and Canggu Bali in the mist (and cold ). Shortboard. A shortboard is a narrow, short board that is less stable than a longboard, but easier to maneuver for more advanced surfers.
Strong zipper. When buying a wetsuit, make sure it has a sturdy, metal zipper, not a cheap, plastic one.
Surf wax. Surf wax goes on the deck of your board to make sure you don't slip off. Create small bumps
