Is there someone in your life that needs you to listen….really listen to them?
Listening is different than hearing. Hearing is waiting for the other person to finish talking so you can say what you want to say. Try listening to someone in your life. Listen to what they are saying and what they aren’t saying, what are the feelings and emotions

Women that only concentrate on cardio will have a very hard time achieving the look that they want. As far as the lifting of very light weights, this is just more nonsense. Muscle responds to resistance and if the resistance is too light, then there will be no reason for the body to change. Ladies train with weights hard and fast to achieve
