If your exercise plan includes lifting weights three times a week, here's a great workout that's effective on your time and your muscles (don't forget it's 2 seconds up...)

Today I had two training, one easy body weight circuit as I try to break my body back into shape after a 6 week layoff in Ottawa and Greece. The rest was nice but man am I amazed at how much conditioning and strength I lost! Very frustrating!
Anyway's here is the body weight circuit, it is taken straight from The New Rules of Lifting.

this, the kiddo’s are running around the upstairs living room saying, “It’s exercise time. Keep running. Faster, faster. Way to go!” Hum, maybe I am rubbing off on them a bit!
Here’s my full body workout plan with an emphasis on only using body weight:

...it is metabolic resistance training with the goal being enhanced fat loss and work capacity/conditioning enhancement. You should be using exercise variations and weights which do not take... and this is going to defeat the purpose of these circuits...it is going to crossover into strength training parameters.
