Some Updates + Body Weight Exercises by April Posted Wed 13 Jul 2011 2:15pm Happy Wednesday!! So I got my new exercise plan from EL and I’m LOVING it so far. Basically it’s all low rep stuff which is my FAV! I love feeling strong and lifting heavy, even if it’s just a few reps. I’ve got my deadlift up to 150 (for reps)..yeah buddy!
