I was on the ShrinkingSisters blog and they had a great recipe for South Beach Quiche Cups that are great to make in the morning for breakfast. The protein will give you... substitute (or 4 eggs)

I wanted to post a couple of my FAVORITE recipes. I think both of these actually come from Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle but I modified them a bit.
PROTEIN PANCAKES - makes 3 pancakes
1 pancake = 286 calories, 33g of protein, 24g carbs, 6g fat
6 egg whites
1 cup non-fat cottage cheese

I used to be a fan of some commercial protein bars, eating 2-3 bars a week thinking they were good for me just because they were called... Serving – 1 Bar)

do that.Well thats it for now..will it be high protien or low carb ..will it be counting calories or ...what the hell may as well go on a starvation diet at this rate... i put on...should I do this..or should I do that...should i count calories...or should I go low fat...and then I thought of protien diet.
