I was on the ShrinkingSisters blog and they had a great recipe for South Beach Quiche Cups that are great to make in the morning for breakfast. The protein will give you... substitute (or 4 eggs)
* 3/4 cup low-fat shredded cheddar
* 1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and all water squeezed out

1 tbsp. curry powder
dash of cayenne pepper
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 cup water, as needed
1 tsp. salt
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender... the mixture and simmer for 10 minutes. Enjoy! Makes about 4 servings.

I wanted to post a couple of my FAVORITE recipes. I think both of these actually come from Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle but I modified them a bit.
PROTEIN PANCAKES - makes 3 pancakes
1 pancake = 286 calories, 33g of protein, 24g carbs, 6g fat
6 egg whites
1 cup non-fat cottage cheese

No Bake High Protein Bars
I used to be a fan of some commercial protein bars, eating 2-3 bars a week thinking they were good for me just because they were called... Serving – 1 Bar)

do that.Well thats it for now..will it be high protien or low carb ..will it be counting calories or ...what the hell may as well go on a starvation diet at this rate... i put on...should I do this..or should I do that...should i count calories...or should I go low fat...and then I thought of protien diet. Sooo many choices in regards to diets

Here is a versatile recipe concocted by John. These make big jumbo muffins, like the size you get at Dunkin Donuts! Only a lot less calories!
Basic Muffin
3/4 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. oat fiber (or replace this with more wheat flour)
2 scoops designer whey protein powder (natural)
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. baking
