a low carbohydrate diet, limiting carbohydrate to less than 20 g per day, but with no restriction... in the liver (or elsewhere, for that matter), probably your best chance of success rests with a diet lower in carbohydrate.

This is an EXCELLENT explanation of SCD...which I am trying to muster up the courage to implement with Rogan.
Remember, if, after a month, you don't see significant results - you probably won't from that point on either, so it may not be worth it.
