Makes 8 servings @ 49 calories, 7 grams of protein, 3 net carbs, 1 gram of fat each
These aren’t EXACTLY like brownies, but when the chocolate cravings hit, these should do the trick!

I was on the ShrinkingSisters blog and they had a great recipe for South Beach Quiche Cups that are great to make in the morning for breakfast. The protein will give you... substitute (or 4 eggs)
