My family has taken the Pop a Purple and Pop a Green for over a year. These are whole food multivitamins that are safe for everyone - yes even my 10-year-old son takes them.

Comprehensively it's the most... to consume, but are you having 3 every single day? I had watermelon yesterday. OOPs I forgot the other 2 servings - whew - good thing I took my high quality multi-vitamin )

Here's my organic food plan for today
Breakfast
Herbal Iced Tea that I drank when taking my supplements and vitamins ( prenatals , wheat grass tablets, vitamin k, vegan DHA... mash and Terriyaki sprouted seeds ( Kaia Foods )
Snack
Pineapple
Dinner
Spinach salad with red bell pepper, avocado, coconut vinegar, and (cooked) seiten
Dessert
2 raw

Natural vitamin and mineral supplements are made from real food sources, specifically vegetables, fruits, herbs, seaweeds and spices... other vitamins sold in the U.S.
