I wanted to post a couple of my FAVORITE recipes. I think both of these actually come from Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle but I modified them a bit.
PROTEIN PANCAKES - makes 3 pancakes
1 pancake = 286 calories, 33g of protein, 24g carbs, 6g fat
6 egg whites
1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1 scoop protein powder
