No. Delicious Yes." could not possibly be about their muffins.
This morning I decided to have a FiberOne muffin for breakfast. I couldn't taste the banana, or the chocolate chips...I... I have two packages of the FiberOne yogurt in the fridge, hopefully it's better then the muffins.

Yum to the um, very good.
I was very pleasantly surprised. These muffins are moist and light and so good I want to eat them all. But I won't. I don't want to be shatting my pants tomorrow from all the extra fiber, thank you very much!

What to do with bananas that aren't quite as young as they once were???
Why, make muffins of course!
Banana muffins (high in fiber and protein, low in fat and NO sugar)
Sift together:
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup maize flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
3 and 1/2 tsp gluten-free baking powder

Fiber One isn't a product I usually buy because, well, my medical problems do not currently include constipation
