Carb or Not to Carb by Kathleen Patient Expert Posted Thu 13 May 2010 8:26am I eat carbs.  If I do primarily protein, I get gastric reflux. However, the lap band limits the amount of carbs I can eat.  Right now, can't do much bread, much in the way of wraps, etc.  I can usually do a bit or two but not much more.  Crackers or anything salty doesn't work either.
