I love bread. Sorry, I’m not sorry. For those who can and do low-carb diets, I salute you! Every time I drop my carb intake, the pounds seem to melt off. Carb or Not to Carb

I eat carbs. If I do primarily protein, I get gastric reflux. However, the lap band limits the amount of carbs I can eat. Right now, can't do much bread, much in the way of wraps, etc. I can usually do a bit or two but not much more. Crackers or anything salty doesn't work either.
So I tend to drink my carbs..... Favorite

Many people have asked me whether they should cut out carbs if they want to lose weight. My answer is to cut down on portion size, but not necessarily carbs. Carbs include ”complex carbs” such as veggies, fruit, breads, pastas, and cereals which give us the energy we need to function at our best. Carbs also include “simple sugars” such as table sugar
