remedies and green tea triple Echinacea (which I am drinking as we speak).

As of yesterday, I am only getting lunches from Diet Gourmet. My plan now (and I'll ask the nutrionist about this on Thursday), is to transition to a full liquid diet... is that I can be ready surgery as soon as it happens. Sorry for the lack of posts the past several days. I've been under the weather. My meals have consisted of premade soups. But luckily being sick or confined to a liquid diet isn't limited to just chicken noodle soup (which I've never liked). I remember back in grade 5 when I vomited once after having minestrone soup. Never again would I touch the stuff, to this day.
Unfortunately, I ate a big Rwandese-type meal for lunch on Tuesday. Then scrambled eggs, cheese, and sausage for dinner. Then proceeded to vomit continuously for about 24 hours. Now to figure out how I will eat ag ...

Soooo... today? NO CHEATING! And today was the first time I can actually say that I am HUNGRY!! In Layman's Terms:
For every 1% of your weight you lose on your pre-op diet... more than 5% of your excess weight pre-op and you're on the operating table for 36 minutes less than other folks.
