Over-illumination occurs when there’s too much light (or the wrong type of light) present for a specific... studies have shown that the flicker and over-illumination combined yield a particularly high incidence of fatigue.

in glitter, no matter how 'glowy' you might feel. So the fact that Divine Illumination isn't sparkly is a very big plus for me. I used it over tinted moisturiser and used a flat..., what can I tell you? I thought it looked good; Friend No1 thought it looked good and Friend No2 didn't. I still rate it as one of the best illuminators that actually does

I am kind of over 'light-up' things, having seen a few too many light up lipsticks and glosses, each one presented as though it's a completely new and innovative idea. Well, maybe it was, ten years ago. However, I haven't seen a palette with incorporated lights and think this one from Too Faced is done beautifully - containing best selling

1. The sun is bright and the wind is rambunctious, which means a day of light and shade. Reflections from my water glass and the kettle slither over the worktop. Later the shadows of trees come dancing through the blind and tickle my eyes as I'm trying to work. And on the train, the pages of my book flicker in the dappled forest light.
