Tonight I tried one of the recipes from the Delight gluten free magazine and it was very good.
I won't reprint it here without permission but the Grilled LemonThyme... tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/8 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp celery seed
dash black pepper

My latest? Lemonthyme. It seems somewhat appropriate as I think about it's homonym, time, and how quickly it has been passing.
Lemonthyme produces... roasted veggies:
Several sprigs of fresh lemonthyme (I used a sharp knife to carefully scrape off the leaves)
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest
3 large eggs
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped Thyme
Whipped Cream Topping
2 cups....

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, chopped
- 3 cups seitan, cubed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/4 cup soy creamer
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water... and translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms begin to release their water.
2. Add in seitan, lemon juice, and thyme. Mix well, and let lemon juice absorb

2 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
