I ran 2 miles last night with Tim the Paramedic just to see how the knee was going to feel.
AND IT FELT GREAT!
I guess it's just a really bad bruise (still a little black and blue) and only hurts to touch but walking, bending, running, going up stairs, lunges...none of it gives me a bit of trouble.

MONDAY, Nov. 22 (HealthDay News) -- The pain of knee osteoarthritis is more severe in people who also have foot, elbow and lower back pain, a new study has found.
In the study, researchers asked almost 1,400 knee osteoarthritis (OA) patients, aged 45 to 79, about pain in the lower back, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle or foot.

During Disney marathon last year, I was running along happily enjoying the sites of Animal Kingdom when BAM! A shot of pain in my knee put me down, literally. I had... the way down my leg.
How do I know this? Trial and error. I started using the machines and the pain in my knee went away, even with increased distances.
