I ran 2 miles last night with Tim the Paramedic just to see how the knee was going to feel.
AND IT FELT GREAT!
I guess it's just a really bad bruise (still a little black and blue) and only hurts to touch but walking, bending, running, going up stairs, lunges...none of it gives me a bit of trouble.

I saw that while the main reason given for revision of a total hip joint was dislocation, and pain was the sixth most common reason given; in the case of revision of knee joint replacements, persistent pain was the most common reason given.

once again, researchers are making a villain out of movement when the real culprit is the position of the knee.
If the problem is actually the position of the joint..., and the rest of musculoskeletal health community start to realize that the reason the kneehurts has less to do with the running and jumping, and more to do with the misalignment

If you’re one of those folks who has a tendency to lock your knees, and may occasionally be bothered with kneepain… Here’s a video with a quick and easy exercise you can... of the leg, and better tracking of the patella (knee cap), which all help to reduce kneepain.
