The bull's-eye rash (erythema migrans) of lyme disease occurs or is recalled in only 30% + cases so no evidence or recall of a rash does NOT mean no Lyme Disease.... There may be more than one on the body (several at one time).
The most damaging myth is that all patients who have lyme or at least the large majority get a rash of any kind

Mashed Red-Skinned Potatoes with Roasted Garlic & Fresh Herbs
Ingredients:
3 large, fresh garlic cloves, unpeeled
6-8 c. (or more) salted water (for boiling potatoes)
2 medium-sized unpeeled, red-skinned potatoes, scrubbed & washed (makes about 1 1/2 - 2 c. mashed)
