Don't tell my kids but sometimes, er, most of the times, I nail bite too. The reason why I bite my nails is boredom or lack of anything to do. Another reason is nervousness. Dang! About 6 or 7 months ago I quit biting my nails. Jari started biting his and I promised him that I would quit doing it if he would...wé both stopped. But, yesterday... it.
