Foam Roller , 5 minutes
Stretching (calves and hips due to tightness issues), 5 minutes
Mobility Drills, 20 minutes
Kettlebell Workout, 40 minutes

mobility work, 5 mins
dynamic warm-up
reverse lunge with twist
side lunge
inch worm
Russian twist
t-push-up
body weight circuit
glute bridge
spinal rock drop
bird dog
swinging plank
single leg bridge
leg lifts
clam shell
push-ups
kettlebell complex, 4

perfect movement patterns in a lot of drills. Once I was mobile and warmed up, here is the training session I went through:
Circuit Training, complete the whole circuit... and twisting. We do these movements all the time in sports and life, but when we lift it usually only focuses on pushing and pulling.

Station. It’s also less hectic than Grand Central Station.
I had booked an Amtrak Acela Express train to take me from Boston to NYC.
These trains are so nice!
Comfy leather... mom made me.
The train ride itself was smooth and easy.
The scenery was booooooring.
