Holy Moly, I hate the new blogger set up.

Thursday: AM: 4miles easy, abs /PM: 10min w/u, circuit for 25min
Friday: AM: 8.2 miles with Micah (7:20-30 pace)
Saturday: 13 miles in 90 min
30 min at 7:30-7:00 pace
5min... wanted to get my 16 miles in.
I did hit a major milestone, 13 miles was the longest treadmill run I have ever done to date. It went by so quickly that I really don't even feel

After an amazing night of sleep, I woke up at quarter until 7 this morning ready to attack my 13 mile training run!
Breakfast
I enjoyed an Arnold Sandwich Thin... COMBINATION BEFORE A LONG RUN!
I knew that I’d need more than just water to get through 13 miles so I used a sample I received from one of my recent races.

How I love my friends in Kansas City. I am so blessed to have such an amazing group of girls that no matter how long we go with out seeing each other - we still have...
And thanks mom for coming over to Kansas City for the wedding!
So I really took advantage of my 'rest' week. Love it.

Does no one else deal with extremely sore muscles after races? My calves, hamstrings, and quads still hurt from Saturday, but I’ve been reading all sorts of comments about peoples’ great, grand, awesome shake-out and recovery runs on Sunday and today, with no mention of heavy, lead-like legs. afternoon, I took off from graduate school in a SuperShuttle headed straight for LAX. Destination? Wichita, Kansas for the wedding of one of our best family friends!
