JumpingSquats. A big squat with your butt below your knees followed by a jump with high knees.
20″ Box Jumps
Push Press with 32 pounds.
Loving those box jumps, but, sure could use some shoes (my feet always hurt at the end of the workout)!! Anybody have a recomendation for a cross training kind of shoe

things for my aching lower body: That glorious spinning class I told you about yesterday and (the three sets of six) jumping Bulgarian split squats that made an appearance back... basically this is just a back leg elevated jumping lunge. JUST a back leg elevated jumping lunge you say?! HA!
