Started Juice Fast today to help weight loss and healthy new life by flames34 Posted Mon 04 Jan 2010 2:15pm Started my juice fast, it is going great!  Loving to fresh juice.  I juiced 4 carrots this morning with a small beet and 1/2 cuc....it was delicious. For lunch I mixed pear, apple, orange, kiwi, and celery.  It was very tasty.
