It really does not take much to make me happy, a simple hello could do it. So very happy. I now have renewed faith in friendship yay.

Toby after Palm Sunday mass, Alexandria, Louisiana. We took DW's parents up for an overnight visit. The kids had big fun in the motel swimming pool and at Burger King. We all went to mass this morning. Lots o' love!

Today I am happy because I ordered the most comfortable sandals in the world. They are Victorias Secret terry cloth sandals, which are like walking on a cloud. I ordered two pairs. Bonus= they were only $7!
Love it.

A little happy news, for a change. Adam's classroom teacher reports that he seemed happier today, after his visit home. We're working back into our pre-Katrina visit habits. The break in home visits caused by the storm seemed to discombobulate the kids. We'll be seeing a lot more of our little guys in the weeks to come.

I am now officially unemployed!
My last night was Friday. I got cake, and wine, and cards, and tried my best to slack off and take naps in the walk in.
No more 120 degree plus work days, no more mildewed shirts, no more snapped underwires and Gold Bond powder on my forehead for heat rash!
