part, I’m a happy camper.
I may have mentioned, Joy-elle is a very young dancer. She has this lovely, toned and quite limber physique with which she pirouettes and plies all over the place.
The average age of us Joy-elle devotees is probably 55. No kidding. There is one lady in there who is every bit of 70-plus.

It made me happy to look at her and think of those things. Which also caused me to click off more than a few things that gave me joy. It seems that there is never a shortage....
So rather than crab about the ending of my crappy week, I thought I would simply start a new week by listing a few things that bring me joy.

It's been quite a week in Feedin' Mama-ville. The newest addition to our family arrived at 12:15-ish am on Thursday, March 26th. She weighed 8 lbs, 15.4 oz and is 20 3/4" tall. What a GLORIOUS day here in NYC. I'll start by thanking God for that. I am filled with JOY today. I like the way it feels, and what's funny is it comes from within... I'm so glad are in my life and were there last night
