little girl who was referred to the hospital with a Torticollis since several weeks. After a slight trauma to the neck one of the vertebral joints had dislocated and caused a severe Torticollis.
Traction was set up with 3 kilo to distract the dislocated joint.

A dislocated shoulder hurts – a lot! A shoulder dislocation occurs when the ball of the upper arm bone (humerus) becomes separated from the shoulder blade (scapula) at the very shallow shoulder socket (glenohumeral joint). Here is an excellent x-ray:
