I possibly ditched the crutch indoors too soon, so have been using it again.  The joint is feeling really good. Strange to say but I'm hoping the doc will be able to see something in there and fix it! The shoulder just keeps getting more messed up as time goes on! Update on hip labral tear arthroscopy surgery by Amy Posted Fri 09 Jul 2010 7:15pm I am one month post surgery and feeling well. My hip seems to be doing good although i have had no relief on any other of my issues, such as my pelvic floor dysfunction or my vulvodynia.
