After pushing it a wee bit I have been behaving and practically haven’t moved from the couch except for my daily excursion to the letterbox. I possibly ditched the crutch indoors too soon, so have been using it again. The joint is feeling really good. I got my socks on all by myself this morning, small milestone lol…
Finding outings extremely tiring. Right hip not liking long stints on crutches and I’ve picked up a cold from lovely hubby so am feeling the exhaustion even more so.

Well it's official - I'll be having shoulder arthroscopy next month! I am sort of excited about it. Strange to say but I'm hoping the doc will be able to see something in there and fix it! The shoulder just keeps getting more messed up as time goes on!

I’m still doing quite well. Have not had to take pain meds since in the hospital, still just taking the Voltaren to help prevent heterotopic bone reformation.
Using one crutch inside, can go without for a few steps which surprises me and using two outside. Went out to the mall to get some groceries earlier today, must have wiped me out as I ...

I am one month post surgery and feeling well. My hip seems to be doing good although i have had no relief on any other of my issues, such as my pelvic floor dysfunction or my vulvodynia.
