Wow, it has been a whirwind of activity for the past few days.
I posted on Saturday briefly to update and say I was binge free, eating clean and workout out, and that I was going to stay that way.
I am very happy to report that is STILL the case, even through: kitchen redo, (which left me no place to cook anything, and no place to really p ...

We often think of the skin as a barrierit keeps the insides of o ...

Last week was--what can I say?-- interesting. I found myself a bit itchy and rashly on Monday. Nothing big, just some spots on one arm. Then the other. And a small annoying itch on my forearm. After World War II, bedbugs became uncommon in developed countries due to social and economic progress and insecticide deve ...

(laughing to myself)
I'm not sure what to talk about first today. Should it be the itchy rash that my Dad has acquired, or the fact that when I went into his room today he was walking around in just a t-shirt (nothing else), or the fact that they may have found the source of the urine smell in his room (yay)? Hmmm.
I will start with ...

Office politics make Maggie sick
Maggie wanted a quiet life. The cliques and gossip in the office made her nervous. She wanted to stay on the right side of management and not make any waves. She liked the manager at the Spa, who supported her efforts to bring in new clients. He was appreciative of her willingness to stay late and take new ...

I’m not talking about these shingles
Has anyone here ever had the joy of experiencing Shingles? I’m not talking about re-roofing your house. I’m talking about the wonderful painful, burning, itching sensation caused by the same virus that causes chicken pox. Well, for the last couple weeks, I have been getting a mild taste of it. And a m ...

My name is Sandi. I am now a 33 year mother of four. Starting sometime in 2003 or 2004 I began having *issues*. They were really what I considered fairly minor in the beginning. My family and I moved into a pretty big house. It was a beautiful house but it was an older house with what I considered a fair amount of dust in it so I wasn't too sur ...
