2/11: Quick Legs (Quads) & Abs Workout

finished the following legs and abs workout. I did two exercises for each muscle group (quads and abs) and it went very quickly. You could easily do this workout in less than 20 minutes.
Legs Workout (Quads only)
Barbell Squat: 3 sets x 10 reps, 55#
Lunges on my Step 360 : 3 sets x 10 reps
