No more Depends. Little pantyliners. Maybe tomorrow nothing will be needed.
Tried an iron supplement on an empty stomach this morning and have had nausea all day. UGH. No iron for me.
Gaining energy and feeling much better.
Life is good.

Prior to the process of enrichment, or the addition of vitamins to processed foods, iron deficiency was a serious problem especially in babies and young children. Efficient iron intake has improved immensely for kids but certainly has not disappeared. A new study explains it may be beneficial to offer iron supplements to certain newborn babies

When consumed as part of a balanced diet... of protein supplements brings with it the risk of side-effects. am not aware that the B vitamins would cause side effects of dizziness, or irregular blood pressure. But certainly, everyone with PD is different in their experience with the disease, the medications used, and diet. Thus, it is possible that an individual might experience such effects, despite lack of evidence in this regard.
