No more Depends. Little pantyliners. Maybe tomorrow nothing will be needed.
Tried an iron supplement on an empty stomach this morning and have had nausea all day. UGH. No iron for me.
Gaining energy and feeling much better.
Life is good.

Prior to the process of enrichment, or the addition of vitamins to processed foods, iron deficiency was a serious problem especially in babies and young children. Efficient iron intake has improved immensely for kids but certainly has not disappeared. A new study explains it may be beneficial to offer iron supplements to certain newborn babies

to be common in children with ADHD. I also mentioned a study which found that iron supplementation helped reduce ADHD symptoms in children suffering from low iron.
This second study was hampered by having no ‘control’ group taking a placebo. So, we may have an idea that iron supplementation is better than doing nothing, but we cannot tell from this study whether
