you have stomach bloating caused by constipation, you need to increase the amount of fiber in your diet by eating more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. It is also helpful... it causes you to swallow air which causes stomach bloating.

Are you drinking enough... enzymes and bile acids. If these digestive acids and enzymes are diluted, then constipation and bloating occur.
