I just had a check up and my tsh was 0.006, and recently I found a lump as wide as my 3 fingers above my collar bone, i am really worried that my cancer has returned. There are also sharp shooting pains. Just this past monday, I noticed a similar lump behind my right ear that is painful to the touch. It is not on my actual ear.
