How am i meant to control my panic attacks when they are happening in my sleep? by David M. Patient Expert Posted Sat 05 Jun 2010 11:01am I have panic attacks at night at least once a week. I wake up out of sleep panicy, hyperventilating, shaking and fearful. Then i usually throw up and can’t get back to sleep. I’m 16. How can i get control over this without drugs.
