I have thought about this a lot lately the more I watch that show Big Medicine and specifically with the patients who are having plastic surgery to have their loose skin... intently at how many pounds of skin the surgeon has said he had removed after the surgery. This was to the tune of 5-ish pounds in those cases I felt were most closely comparable
