it happened!
My Achilles tendon was feeling a bit tender last night where it hooks up to the heel bone. I woke up during the nightand my whole ankle was hurting. I couldn’t find... of the computer.

I'm itchy, my ankleshurt and I don't have an actual post in me. Tomorrow I will tell you how my parents and my uncle came to spend the day with me today and we FINISHED THE BABY'S NURSERY.
Oh hell yeah we did. Well, I have to put her clothes away tomorrow and hang some pictures on the walls - but for all intents and purposes, the room, she is done

Squash and Ham Hock.
Based on a recipe from Cooking Light it combines penne with a creamy béchamel, sweet acorn squash and my twist – cooked smoked ham hock meat. • You should have enough breath to talk, but not sing, while doing the activity.
• You should feel completely normal (or better!) within one hour after exercising. If you don’t, try to slow down the intensity, duration, or repetitions of the activity.
