stopped letting the observations of clueless people bother me.
Here is what I did do. I thought, well they think she sounds really good. So, she must sound really good. So what... that helps me to keep on going.
So lets just put this to bed. If all some huckleberry can tell you is she "really sounds good" let it fly.

I interrupt my regularly scheduled gardening post to write instead about huckleberries, a delicacy that grows only in the mountains of the northwestern United States (and probably parts of Canada). My grandma tried many times to transplant a bush into her Spokane garden, without success. I'd plant my backyard full of huckleberry shrubs if I could

of practice (7th grade for an hour+ then 8th grade for an hour+) I met my men & we headed up to the mountains to pick HUCKLEBERRIES!!
We thought we had missed the season all... to an hour picking & came home with a tiny little pint. Huckleberry waffles here we come!!!

blue berries in the bowl? (This is not the bowl with the mushed bananas!) They are huckleberries, and I read about them on Carbzilla's entertaining blog. She told me where to get some (at the farmers market) and we tried our first huckleberries. They look like tiny blueberries but have a much more intense flavor — delicious!
