out. So basically I got hooked up from a friend with a sweet Ab Roller. Now, you may think, oh how hard can the ab roller be? Ab roller = Death. I know I have a weak core, but seriously, I sweat much more doing 3 sets of 10 ab rollers than running ten miles. So I use the ab roller as one aspect of my ab workout. I try to do 3-6 sets of ten and will increase

used the stability ball for core exercises. Maybe you’ve used an ab roller. Don’t take this the wrong way, but all of what you have done in the past is a walk in the park...

can just include everything along with the mat and don’t have to carry an extra bag.
The Ab Roller took awhile to get used to. I didn’t find it too challenging but I think this is because I am used to advanced core workouts. I also had my friend try it. She definitely felt her abs working. There are three levels that you could work with the roller.

Weight was between 177.5 and 178 this morning. I am thinking about going to Walmart and buying a scale with smaller increments. I don't like the .5; I feel as though it guesses too much.

Gym routine today:
11 Min StairMaster
Combo arm/legs exercises
Abs on Stability ball (5ish sets x50)
Abs using ab roller (4 x25)
35 Min Elliptical
Breakfast was the usual today, although, I did use blueberry kashi waffles instead of the plain. I think I like the plain better

I'm going to add another one of my favorite tools for shedding fat and staying slim and that's your good old run-of-the-mill... that having these items at home helps me to get in my workout, no matter how busy the day gets. I can also break up a workout pretty easily if the kids or responsibilities are too
